The IVSA (International Veterinary's Students Association) was founded in 1953 and is a non-governmental organization which gathers the veterinary students worldwide. The association currently counts 60 countries and promotes cultural and scientific exchanges for better veterinary teaching.

- conventions and symposia every year where all veterinary students can meet together!

- workshops on different veterinary topics (such as animal welfare or veterinary teaching).

- academic exchanges between all the MOs to discover veterinary teaching abroad.
